Returns for refunds are only accepted if an item is faulty. We do not accept returns for refunds if you change your mind. Customers will be responsible for paying for postage on returns.
Items can be exchanged for another product of same value or store credit if you change your mind, or the product does not suit or fit (clothing). Items are to be returned with tags attached and in original packaging (not used or worn) to be eligible for an exchange. Customers will be responsible for paying for postage on returns.
Customers are asked to sign up to our website on checkout. Customers information will remain private and only used when sending items to customers or contacting customers regarding their items. No information will be given out or used in any other way.
All packages are sent with Australia Post, please see their website for approximate shipping times. We try to pack customers orders as soon as possible (1-3 days) & you will be provided with a tracking number to track your package on the Auspost website.
Where an item says "Pre-Order", please refer to the description on the product page. Each Pre-Order item will have a different delivery time frame.
